About the Leadership Conference

The Georgia Association of Community Service Boards, Inc. (GACSB) holds an annual Leadership Conference in which stakeholders from all of the Association’s member organizations gather to network and discuss strategies for how CSBs can better serve their communities. 

This event brings together executive leadership, board members, clinicians, middle management, government officials, and key decision-makers from Georgia’s 22 CSBs for three days of shared learning, strategic dialogue, and innovative thinking.

This year’s theme – “Charting the Course: Mapping the Future of Behavioral Health in Georgia” – encourages forward-looking perspectives on how service delivery and leadership in behavioral health can evolve and adapt in a changing environment.
